Anyone that has decided to stay seems to have the same motto. I noticed that the pay has gone up by $2.00 an hour since I quit, which doesnt surprise me. It kind of kills motivation when one person has to run around to get the job done but the next shift has the exact same tasks done by two very bored people. Their goal is to hire extra so that supervisors dont have to work overtime when entry-level employees eventually quit or drop attendance. Which makes sense, since they always have enough people. They will be watching you every shift, day and night, weekend or holiday, and they will call you ASAP to correct you.ĭont worry about getting fired, though they would rather take time out of their day to yell at you every chance they get, than pay for your unemployment. It doesnt matter if what you are doing is more efficient, or that one brother praised you for it, or that the concern for the change in procedure doesnt exist during your shift. Maybe it was because they were excited to play with their new toys, but not a single person was able to avoid their micromanagement. For me, that changed when they started installing cameras all over the warehouse. Good workers are, of course, treated well. ![]() If you get on any of their bad sides, you will likely stay there, with all of them. He delegates management to his four sons. My understanding is that the person that started the company has been actively in charge for nearly two decades. The job itself wasn't bad the main problem was management. I recently quit after working here for a few months. ![]()
